In our business activity we focus on details in design, as well as testing of equipment at site. Usually, we supply equipment by modules to reduce the time for installation, assembly and commissioning.
MEET OUR TEAM
Mr. Corbett is an investment banker with 28 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raising, restructuring, and investments. He has worked with international investment banks such as UBS, ING Barings, Bear Stearns, and several specialist boutiques. He has worked with clients in the energy, natural resources and industrial sectors in over 70 countries.
Mr. Khan is a qualified solicitor with more than 25 years of corporate law experience gained in major international law firms and a substantial private equity fund. Mr Khan has wide experience in the energy and transportation sectors, as well as in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, due diligence and general corporate advisory.
Mr. Khassan has a more than 10 years experience in international business development / operations / joint ventures in Africa and the Middle East region. He has good knowledge of regulatory requirements in the field of concessions and government contracts in Africa, Europe and the CIS.
